Black History Parade and Festival

The Inter Club Council of El Paso is the official host organization of the Annual El Paso Black History Parade & Festival

El Pasoans have an extra special event to celebrate during Black History Month and each month from now on. The Inauguration of our nation's first Black President has created a buzz that this year's parade and festival will be celebrated by many more who have never participated in or viewed the parade.
The parade starts promptly at 10 AM on the corner of Montana and Pershing. The Festival takes place at 11AM at Mary Webb Park, located at 3400 Missouri St.
