Rhasean Stephens
Rhasean is a Senior at Jefferson/Silva Magnet High School
He is the son of William and Beverly Stephens
Rhasean has made a great impact in the lives of not only his fellow youth, but adults as well. He recently recited a speech about "His Dream" during the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Since reciting this speech, he has received numerous invitations to encourage others by allowing them to hear "The Dream".
We applaud Rhasean for being a positive young black man focusing on a positve future.
