- Business owner must live and work in the El Paso area or within 60 miles of El Paso.
- Business owner must be involved in the community at some level... for example...EP Black Business Network; Chamber of Commerce (Black; Greater; Hispanic or Korean); NAACP-El Paso Chapter; Inter Club Council of El Paso, etc. It must be a legitimate community organization (churches excluded). OR you must be able to present your Assumed Name Certificate for verification purposes
- Please note: We will list all churches in a separate category.
