Greetings and thank you all for your patience as we revised BlackElPaso.com. As you can see, we have added a few interesting features to our site in hopes that we may better serve your information needs.
Tondaleya Shamley has signed on to host our online television show. From interviews to news and reviews, she will bring you up to date information to keep you informed.
You will notice new links added as we continue to bring you the latest and greatest in news and information. El Paso is growing at a rapid rate due to the influx of military troops. As a military spouse, I desire to incorporate the military lifestyle within our publication and here at Black El Paso News, we will make sure to include Fort Bliss in our endeavors.
2007 has been a year of new and great things for local black business owners, community activists, students and residents. Black El Paso News & Lifestyle Publication was created to be the news & information channel for the citizens of El Paso who are interested in being informed about El Paso’s astounding Black residents. Our publication embraces the African-American culture that many of our readers who travel here from various parts of the country seek to find. From thought provoking issues on business and education to entertaining commentary on fashion and music; we are dedicated to providing the most accurate and enlightening information to our readers.
Founded on Christian beliefs, we will keep the publication "morally sound" in all things. We will not publish articles or information that hinder or contradict the values and principles that this publication was founded upon.
This new monthly news & lifestyle publication focuses on the strengths and accomplishments of many of our African-American residents who are entrepreneurs, educators, students, leaders, athletes, etc. We will include articles on Career and Education, Health and Fitness, Business and Finance, Arts & Entertainment, Book Reviews, Civic and Social events/organizations, Spirituality, Beauty and Fashion, Words/Thought of the Month and much, much more.
